So, after a hell of a lot of neglect and nothing of interest there, I am finally resurrecting my proper blog. My circumstances have changed drastically, I’ve emigrated again and more importantly my creative fires have been reignited.
I’m probably going to spend more time on that from now on, because of this, and also because my gaming is limited to handhelds. I won’t neglect this, however!
I’d appreciate it greatly if you went and followed me there, and I assure you that you’ll get a fascinating look inside my brain and get to read some of my upcoming creative pieces. I’ll start by posting some stuff I did for university, and I do hope you like..

Tecmo World Cup ‘90 happens to be the first football game I ever played, and is far from the polished titles you see today. When I was football-crazy little six year-old back in 1989, Tecmo released this offering as a cash-in to the next summer’s World Cup. It was in direct competition to US Gold’s officially-licensed World Cup Italia ‘90 game, and couldn’t have been more different.

I'm doing good :) All I can think about lately is that I'm going to Dublin 10th-15th August. :b It's like time can't pass fast enough..

Job offer is teaching English, it’s what I did when I lived in Poland the first time, for two and a half years. I’ve missed it! I really want to do a tour of Scandinavia, when the time comes and I’ve saved enough you can be my tour guide, haha!
Dublin, another place I want to go to but haven’t! My grandad is Irish, so I should at some point!
We’ve had terrible weather here too, it’s just rained for two and a half days straight! Sunny today though! :)

Figured I should post a couple of pictures so you can all see that I don’t actually look like Pikachu. That would just be plain weird. They’re quite old, but hey, be thankful you got something, I don’t normally like pictures of myself! ;P
I do have a personal blog over at omniduffer.tumblr.com, but as I have no regular internet access it’s been rather neglected. Once up and running again I’ll make it a more regular thing, post my ramblings and the writing I do. :D

In short, I’m pretty good despite everything. Relationship has ended, am homeless and have next to no money, and don’t have my ps3 anymore. Just handhelds, my laptop and one of those stupid mobile modems that never seems to work! On a good note though, I got my WoW account back online, woooo!
I know that may not sound so great, but it means I’m free to go back to mainland Europe, think I’m heading back to Poland if this job offer comes to anything! Then I can do travelling! Scandinavia at last (apparently my heritage is a mix of Danish and Celtic or something) !

Right guys and girls, I’m at a horrible place in my gaming career - limited to handheld consoles. Probably my own fault for moving around so much and not getting myself settled somewhere nice and suburban.
Anyway, I have access to a DS and PSP, and because I can’t really see anything I’m urgently wanting to play on the PSP and my DS is relatively new, I want you lot to suggest my gaming habits over the next month or two. What games do you think are must-plays? What would you like me to cast my critical eye over? I’ll play some games, write some reviews etc. Gives me something to do, I’ve got a lot of free time coming up…

Brain Age speedrun (!) by Ryuto. Instead of correctly answering the problems in this tool-assisted speedrun, Ryuto draws images that incorporate the strokes that the game uses to recognize numbers.
The result is a high-speed, kind of psychotic flash of weird patterns, random drawings, and Super Smash Bros. fanart. 6 x 5 = Maxim Tomato? The “speedrun” could have been done more quickly, but “the run aims to be as entertaining as possible.”
I miss writing about Brain Age. We used to have fun making random Dr. Kawashima pronouncements.
